Obituary Notice - Gloucester Daily Times, Nov. 2, 1974 Wilfred C. "Frenchy" Goyetche, 63, husband of Flora (Vannah) Goyetche, of 2 Myrtly Square, died Friday morning at the Addison Gilbert Hospital after a lingering illness. He fished on local boats all his life and retired in 1972. Mr. Goyetche was born in Cape Auget, Nova Scotia on November 23, 1910, son of the late Thomas W. and M. Alvina (Boudreau) Goyetche. He was a member of the Gloucester Council No. 215, Knights of Columbus, St. Ann's Holy Name Society, Gloucester American Legion and the Loyal Order of Moose. In addition to his wife Flora, he is survived by his stepmother, Mary A. Goyetche; a brother, Francis Goyetche of Newburyport; two sisters, Grace, wife of Edgar Bouchie and Mrs. Christina Pike; two stepsisters, Norma, wife of Alan Munroe and Doris Goyetche.
