GOYETCHE, Michael E. Of Nahant, formerly of Watertown, died Wednesday June 1, 2016. He was 58. Beloved son of the late Henry E. & Stella M. (Harvey) Goyetche. Devoted brother of Jeannette M. Goyetche & her husband Jerry Hoffman of American Canyon, CA, Paul H., and the late Richard J. Goyetche. Loving uncle of Lucas M. & Geena N. Hoffman. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St., Newton. Mike was the beloved son of the late Henry E. & Stella M. (Harvey) Goyetche. He passed away in Boston, MA on Wednesday June 1st, 2016 after a long illness. He was 58. Devoted brother of Jeannette M. Goyetche & her husband Jerry Hoffman of CA, Paul H., and the late Richard J. Goyetche. Loving uncle of Lucas M. & Geena N. Hoffman. Mike was a graduate of Watertown High School class of 1976. Mike was a tremendous athlete, playing baseball, football, and hockey. A standout in baseball, Mike played in college at Mass Bay then later went on to play semi-pro baseball in Canada. Visiting hours for Mike will be held on Monday June 6th, 2016 at the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
