GOYETCHE, M. Evangeline (Eva) - 90, Port Hawkesbury Nursing Home, formerly of Antigonish Manor, died November 12, 1998, in the home. Born in Cape Auguet, Richmond Co., she was a daughter of the late Alcide and Alexina (Samson) Goyetche. She worked in the United States for many years. Upon returning to Canada, she worked as housekeeper for priests in Petit-de-Grat, Arichat, Brook Village and Antigonish until her retirement. Surviving are sisters, Margaret (Eugene) White, Louisdale; Anita White, Moncton, N.B.; brothers, Joseph (Dorothy), Bathurst, N.B.; Alfred (Helen), Dartmouth. She was predeceased by sisters, Eliza, Germaine, Theresa; brothers, Joseph and Charles in infancy, David, Peter, Amedee, Raymond. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Saturday in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish. Funeral 2 p.m. Sunday in St. Ninian's Cathedral, Rev. Bill Crispo officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Family flowers only please.
