Notes

GOYETCHE, Marilyn Violet - 48, Petit de Grat. It is with great sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Marilyn Goyetche, Saturday, June 21, 2003, in Strait Richmond Hospital, surrounded by loving family and friends. An inspiration to all, Marilyn fought a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was an employee of the Royal Bank of Canada, and had been an employee of the Isle Madame Motel. The perfect hostess, Marilyn loved to be in the company of family and friends, especially to chat over a cup of hot tea. Born in Arichat, she was a daughter of Mildred (Briand), and the late Joseph Leo Boudreau. Besides her mother, she leaves to mourn her husband, James; sisters, Delores (Wilfred) Lavandier, Muriel (Gerry) Burke, both of West Arichat; Delia (Greg) Campbell, Westmount Road; brothers, Rene, Gerald (Annette), both of Arichat; Leonard (Shirley), Paul (Colleen), both of Petit de Grat; Warren (Dianne), Westmount Road; godchildren, Trevor, Rhea, Gilles, and her precious nieces and nephews. Marilyn deeply touched all who knew her and she will be sadly missed by all. The family will receive friends in I.M.L. Funeral Home, Petit de Grat, from 4-9 p.m. today. Funeral mass to celebrate Marilyn's life will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Petit de Grat, Rev. Stephane Bouchet officiating. Interment to follow in Our Lady of Assumption Parish Cemetery, Arichat. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society.
